We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our growing International Customer Support team. As an International Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our global clients, ensuring a seamless and professional service experience. Location: Bhayander, Malad, Goregaon, Powai, Thane, Vikhroli
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts Included)
Week Offs: Rotational – 2 days off every 2 weeks
Salary:
Fresher: ₹25,000 per month ( Depend upon Interview )
Experienced (1+ years): ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
(Based on relevant experience and last drawn salary)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international customer queries through call, in a professional and courteous manner.
Deliver outstanding service and support to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet individual and team performance targets and service quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service is mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written.
Willingness to work in rotational US shifts, including night shifts.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Preferred:
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
