Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives with strong experience in Tele Sales and Escalation Handling. Candidates must have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and a passion for delivering great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Hindi and English with clarity and professionalism.

• Resolve escalated customer issues quickly and effectively (Escalation Process).

• Promote and sell services or products over calls (Tele Sales Process).

• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Tele Sales / Escalation Handling

• Must have excellent communication in Hindi and English

• Age Limit: 18 – 35 years

• Good problem-solving skills and customer-handling ability

• Basic knowledge of computers and call center tools

• Comfortable working in a BPO environment

Shift & Work Details:

🔹 Escalation Process (Both Male & Female Candidates):

• Male: Rotational Shifts

• Female: Day Shift Only

• 6 Days Working

• 1 Rotational Weekly Off

🔹 Tele Sales Process:

• Male: Day Shift Only

• Female: Day Shift Only

• 6 Days Working

• 1 Rotational Weekly Off
