Position: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Role Overview:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and clear-speaking individuals who can confidently interact with customers over calls and provide top-notch service. If you’re good at communication and love solving problems — we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

* Attend inbound and outbound customer calls

* Resolve queries related to orders, delivery, returns, or product information

* Maintain a polite, professional tone at all times

* Log issues and follow up until complete resolution

* Work closely with internal teams to ensure fast solutions

Requirements:

* Good command of English and Hindi (spoken fluently)

* Clear and confident voice with good pronunciation

* Excellent communication and listening skills

* Basic computer and typing skills

* Freshers welcome; experience in BPO/voice support is a plus
