Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking follow-ups from clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and processing customer orders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients regarding ongoing and pending requirements.

  • Make outbound calls to take customer orders and confirm details.

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and client communications.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.

  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when needed.

Requirements:
