• Clearly explain the importance and benefits of the medical check-up in the insurance approval process.

• Address any client concerns, objections, or misconceptions about medical tests with accurate information.

• Coordinate appointments between clients and authorized medical testing centers or diagnostic labs.

• Track appointment completion and follow up to ensure all medical reports are submitted on time.

• Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with underwriting and customer service teams to resolve any delays or issues.

• Educate clients about policy timelines and next steps after medicals are done.
