Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and goal-driven Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students in choosing the right country, university, and course, and assist them through the entire admission and visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to students about study abroad options (UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, etc.)

• Counsel students and parents through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings

• Assist with application, documentation, and visa process

• Follow up with leads and maintain records using CRM tools

• Participate in seminars, webinars, and education fairs when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle student queries and provide accurate information

• Sales/Target-oriented mindset is a plus

• Prior counselling or overseas education experience is preferred
