1 Client Engagement & Business Development:
• Professionally represent SIT during interactions with engineering companies.
• Arrange meetings with new and existing clients to understand training requirements and generate business.
• Draft professional proposal emails, manage follow-ups, and ensure client satisfaction.
2 Training Program Coordination & Execution:
• Plan, organize, and execute training sessions, ensuring smooth coordination between trainers, participants, and client representatives.
• Handle the logistics and administrative tasks for the successful execution of training programs, both on-site and online.
• Monitor program delivery, ensuring trainers and participants adhere to schedules and meet expectations.
3 Feedback & Improvement:
• Evaluate training effectiveness by gathering feedback from trainers and participants.
• Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance program quality.
4 Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training proposals, enquiries, conducted programs, and reports.
• Prepare evaluation reports for internal and external audits and assess activities on a half-yearly basis.
