We are looking for a skilled Tele caller with experience in outbound collections to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in collections and be dra-certified. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of collection-specific terminology, and the ability to handle customer accounts across different delinquency stages.

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Make outbound calls to customers for loan repayment collection and negotiate payment schedules.
- Engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner to resolve outstanding balances.
- Handle write-off cases and work towards foreclosure settlements when necessary.
- Accurately calculate and communicate the total due amount to customers.
- Track and manage accounts across various delinquency buckets (0-30, 30-60, 60-90, 90-120, 120+ days).
- Maintain a strong understanding of DID (Direct Inward Dialing) to ensure seamless communication.

•Requirements:•

- •Certification:• dra Certified.
- •Experience:• Minimum of 6 months in outbound collections.
- •Knowledge:• Understanding of key terms and processes, including DPD, write-off cases, foreclosure settlements, total due, and delinquency buckets (0-30, 30-60, 60-90, 90-120, 120+ days).
- •Skills:• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- •Language:•Hindi.
