Job Overview:

Nimbus BPO is looking for dynamic and motivated Collection Executives to join our team at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Collections process and possess a valid DRA Certification.

Key Details:

Languages Required: Kannada (must) + Basic English

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate – both can apply

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Schedule: 7 days working with rotational weekly offs

Requirements:

DRA Certification is mandatory

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in Collections

Strong communication skills in Kannada; Basic English understanding

Good negotiation and follow-up abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments

Follow the compliance guidelines as per DRA certification

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses

Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively

Coordinate with team leads and managers for escalations
