About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Client Relations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai, focusing on the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, with strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. This role involves interacting with regional and international clients, supporting business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the MENA region

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and queries

• Coordinate between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery

• Identify new opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

• Support business development initiatives in the region

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client relations or customer service (preferably in the media, signage, or fixture industries)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic and French is a strong advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• UAE residency or willingness to relocate to Dubai

• Female Candidate preferred
