Job Description :
· To take Incoming calls to Customers.
· To resolve the customers complaint & issues.
· To inform them about new products and services.
· To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
· To generate more good communication & call quality with customer satisfaction.
· To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
· To maintain login hours and punctuality.
Key Functional Skills :
Basic computer knowledge, Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language, Should be Interactive, Good communication skills, Minimum 12th Pass
