Job Description:
1. Handle Calls:
Answer incoming calls from people who need help or information.
Make outgoing calls to follow up with beneficiaries or give updates.
2. Provide Information:
Explain NGO services, government schemes, or support programs clearly.
Guide people about how to apply or what documents are needed.
3. Data Entry:
Record call details in Excel or the organization’s software.
Keep records clean and updated.
4. Problem Solving:
Listen to people's problems carefully.
Try to solve their issue or forward the case to the right person.
5. Daily Reporting:
Share daily call reports with the supervisor.
Highlight any urgent or repeated issues.
6. Team Support:
Work closely with other team members.
Help during outreach events or awareness programs if needed.
Skills Required:
Good communication (Hindi/English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing)
Polite and patient nature
Willingness to help others
