Address routine queries related to accounts, transactions, and services.

Educate customers on banking products and digital banking tools.

Manage service requests such as issuance of cheque books, statement requests, and passbook updates.

💼 Sales & Relationship Building

Actively promote and cross-sell a range of banking solutions:

Fixed Deposits & Investment Schemes

Loan products and Insurance offerings

Generate potential customer leads through referrals, branch visits, and telephonic outreach.

Maintain strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and retention.

⚙️ Branch Operations & Administration

Assist in new account opening procedures ensuring compliance and accuracy.
