As a Domestic BPO Agent, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients across various industries. You'll be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries, from simple questions to complex issues, through various channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.

What We're Looking For:
