Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

• Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.

• Provide customers with accurate information to help resolve issues.

• Collaborate with other departments to manage and resolve complex customer concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: Fresher

• Comfortable with 6-day work week (Day shift)

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge to manage customer information and systems.

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
