Must have 2-3 years of outbound B2B sales experience.

Prior experience with financial products like Merchant Cash Advance is preferred.

Experience with small business loans or invoice factoring is a plus.

Telemarketing, appointment setting, or funding prequalification background is needed.

Should know how to get past Gatekeepers effectively.

Must be fluent in Neutral, American, or British English.

Confident, clear, and engaging phone presence is required.

Should be creative and able to stimulate the customer’s mind.

Skilled at overcoming objections and handling Gatekeepers.

Should be passionate and speak with conviction.

Strong consultative selling approach is a must.

Ability to ask the right questions to assess funding needs.

Should know how to build rapport with decision-makers quickly.

Must pitch persuasively and close for appointments or soft applications.

Should be positive and solution-oriented.
