Job Title: CM cell BPO voice process.
Location: Koturpuram, chennai.
Salary Package: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (with good communication and presentation skills)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates welcome

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls professionally.

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain records of interactions and follow-up as needed.

• Meet call handling and quality targets.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Higher education is a plus).

• Strong verbal communication skills in [insert language(s) as applicable].

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Ability to work in the 2 PM – 10 PM shift.

• A polite, positive, and energetic attitude.
