Job Title: Call Center Executive

Job location: Mira Road – Head Office

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, empathetic, and customer-focused Call Center Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing professional, efficient, and friendly assistance across various inquiries. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Efficient Call Handling: Manage high volumes of inbound/outbound calls efficiently.

·       Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.

·       Information Provision & Resolution: Provide accurate information and aim for first-call resolution.

·       Documentation & Reporting: Record all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

·       Issue Escalation: Refer complex issues promptly to the appropriate teams.

·       Customer Relationship Management: Maintain professionalism and build positive customer rapport.

·       Compliance & Quality: Follow company policies and meet service quality standards.

·       Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues for a seamless customer experience.

·       Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training and process improvement.

Qualifications:

·       High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

·       Fresher to minimum 1+ year experience in customer service or call center roles.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·       Exceptional Communication Skills (Verbal & Written):

o   Speaking on Call: Clear, articulate, and professional speaking voice with excellent pronunciation and intonation. Ability to convey information effectively and empathetically over the phone.

o   Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, both verbal and written. Ability to seamlessly switch between languages as required by customer demographics.
