BPO Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Hindi-speaking Telecaller to join our team for a new process. The role involves making calls to potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating leads or handling queries.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to customers.

• Explain product or service details clearly in Hindi.

• Maintain call records and follow up with leads.

• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of computers or CRM is a plus.

• Prior telecalling or BPO experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
