We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Bpo Team Leader to become a valuable part of our team for Nazv Hr Solutions based in Chennai, located at OMR. The role offers ₹25000 - ₹40000 and involves managing customer calls, delivering outstanding customer service related to BPO. Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with 2 - 6+ years of experience in customer service or telecalling, who are proficient in Kannada, Hindi. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. A Graduate is required, and candidates must be open to working 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
