Bpo Team Leader

We are looking for a Bpo Team Leader to join our team at Expect More Bpo Solutions Private Limited to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Life Insurance. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹27,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 25–30 agents managing Axis Max Life Insurance renewals.

• Achieve targets for renewals, conversions, and compliance.

• Monitor call quality, IRDAI/client adherence, and resolve escalations.

• Coach team through reviews, huddles, and mentoring.

• Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and client communication.

• Coordinate with Quality and Training for process and performance updates.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 1 year of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
