Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executive to join our BPO team. The role involves handling customer queries, data entry, backend processing, and email/chat support without direct voice communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and issues through chat, email, or ticketing tools

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in internal systems

• Process transactions as per client requirements and SLA timelines

• Research and resolve customer issues with proper follow-up

• Ensure quality and compliance in all tasks

• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution

• Maintain confidentiality of client information

Required Skills:

• Excellent written communication skills in English

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate

• Experience: Freshers or 0–2 years in a similar role

• Typing Speed: Minimum 25–30 WPM with 90% accuracy (may vary by employer)

• Flexible to work in shifts (rotational, night shifts if required)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in BPO/KPO industry (Non-Voice process)

• Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems
