Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager with a strong background in Motor or Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, ensuring policy renewals, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and achieve targets for Motor or Life insurance products

Manage a team of executives and support their performance

Ensure policy renewals and handle customer retention

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments for smooth operations

Provide training and support to team members

Prepare and present periodic performance reports

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Motor or Life Insurance

Strong understanding of insurance processes and regulations
