Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales targets through team management and channel development
Recruit, train, and mentor the frontline sales team
Ensure achievement of business objectives for assigned area
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis
Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback
Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
Report daily/weekly/monthly sales and activity metrics to higher management
Requirements:
Graduation (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance / Banking / Financial Services
Strong leadership and communication skills
Team handling experience preferred
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
