Position: Assistant Manager
Location: Adajan – L P Savani Road
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities
1️Lead Management
Coordinate with Mr. Pritesh for sourcing and allocation of leads.
Ensure cost per lead is reduced to ₹11 or below.
Upload and maintain lead data in the CRM system accurately and on time.
Prepare and submit a weekly report including:
Number of mandates completed from the leads
Duplicate data ratio
Lead performance and conversion trends
2️⃣ Customer Issue Resolution
Handle escalated customer concerns with prompt and effective solutions.
Track issue closures to ensure timely resolution.
Document all major complaints and prepare reports for review.
Share periodic summaries of both resolved and pending issues with management.
3️⃣ Back Office Reporting
Oversee all back-office reporting, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination.
Supervise and update Color Zone Management, including:
Daily tracking of mandate status for each color zone (Red, Orange, Green)
Zone-wise performance mapping for leads and staff
Reporting to relevant stakeholders and management
Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports with detailed zone-based analytics.
4️⃣ Performance Monitoring
Monitor the performance of all telecalling and support staff regularly.
Coordinate with HR to:
Align and communicate performance KPIs and targets
Identify underperformers and recommend appropriate action plans
Maintain detailed performance documentation for appraisals and disciplinary processes
Requirements
Prior experience in team management, back-office operations, or lead management preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle escalations effectively.
