Job Role:

We’re hiring an energetic Assistant Manager for our insurance telesales team. You’ll be responsible for doing telecalling to generate business while also leading, guiding, and training team members to achieve their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and convert insurance leads (health, motor, life etc.)

Guide and support telesales team for performance improvement

Train new joiners and monitor team productivity

Resolve escalated customer queries professionally
