Qualification

Graduation is not mandatory if someone is having at least 2 year of experience as an AR caller.

Shift timing: - 8:00 pm to 5:00 am / 5:30 pm to 2:30 am. (Fixed shift timing)

Requirement:

1. Excellent communication skill

2. Immediate joiner

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Make calls to insurances in US for checking claim status.

· Work on Denials and take further action.

· Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims.

· Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (AR Follow UP, Patient calling, Provider outreach program etc.)
