We are seeking a motivated and professional AR Caller to join our team for Ahaa private limited in Mumbai at our Airoli location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Healthcare. The role offers ₹10000 - ₹18000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
