We are seeking an experienced and passionate Neapolitan Pizza Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of traditional Neapolitan pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, fermentation, topping application, and cooking in a wood-fired oven. Your role is critical in maintaining the authenticity, consistency, and high quality of our pizza offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage traditional Neapolitan pizza dough (48-72 hour fermentation).

• Operate and maintain a wood-fired pizza oven at optimal temperature (~430–480°C).

• Hand-stretch dough and apply toppings using authentic Neapolitan methods.

• Ensure pizzas meet established quality and presentation standards.

• Monitor inventory of pizza ingredients and assist in ordering supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the prep and cooking areas.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

• Train junior staff on authentic techniques if required.
