Kitchen Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Management:

  • Supervising and managing kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. 

  • Ensuring all staff are properly trained in food safety and sanitation guidelines. 

  • Coordinating with front-of-house staff for a seamless dining experience. 

• Food Preparation and Quality:

  • Ensuring food preparation adheres to recipes and standards. 

  • Monitoring food quality, presentation, and timeliness. 

  • Ensuring food safety and compliance with health codes. 

• Inventory and Ordering:

  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. 

  • Ensuring adequate inventory levels and proper food rotation. 

  • Controlling food costs and minimizing waste. 

• Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. 

  • Ensuring all equipment is in good working order and properly maintained. 

• Other Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in menu planning and development. 

  • Handling customer complaints related to food. 

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
