Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and supporting chefs with food preparation. This is a vital role to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning & Sanitation:

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils.

  • Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas.

  • Ensure garbage is emptied and disposed of properly.

• Food Preparation:

  • Wash, peel, chop, and portion ingredients as instructed.

  • Mix ingredients and assist in basic cooking/prep tasks.

  • Prepare sauces, dressings, and simple food items under supervision.

• Support Roles:

  • Assist chefs and cooks during meal preparation and service.

  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

  • Follow health and safety guidelines and food handling procedures.

• Equipment Handling:

  • Operate basic kitchen equipment (mixers, slicers, etc.).

  • Report faulty or broken equipment to supervisors.
