Job Title: Cook / Chef (Full-Time)
Location: Rapti Nagar, Gorakhpur
Timings: सुबह से रात तक (ब्रेक सहित), सप्ताह के 7 दिन
Meal Responsibility: दिन में 3 बार खाना – नाश्ता, दोपहर और रात का भोजन
Salary : 12000 + Bonus + Rahna Khana.

मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

1. सुबह का नाश्ता (Chai Nashta) – 8 लोगों के लिए:

• ताज़ा चाय बनाना

• हल्का नाश्ता तैयार करना (जैसे पराठा, पोहा, ब्रेड-ऑमलेट, उपमा आदि)

2. दोपहर का भोजन (Lunch) – 8 लोगों के लिए:

• दाल, चावल, रोटी, 1 सब्ज़ी (डेली वैरायटी) तैयार करना

3. रात का खाना (Dinner) – 25 लोगों के लिए:

• दाल, चावल, रोटी, सब्ज़ी

• सप्ताह में 2–3 बार नॉन-वेज आइटम (जैसे चिकन, मटन, अंडा करी आदि) बनाना

• स्वाद व सफाई का विशेष ध्यान देना

अन्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:

• रसोई की सफाई और सामग्री व्यवस्थित रखना

• किराना और सब्ज़ी की सूची बनाना (रोज/हफ्तावार)

• गैस, पानी और बिजली के सही उपयोग का ध्यान रखना

• खाना समय पर बनाना और परोसने में सहायता करना
