Commi 3

We are looking for a Commi 3 to join our team at Wafi Hr Solutions Private Limited and prepare delicious meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients.

• Support chefs in cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.

• Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Help with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.

Skills

• Candidates should speak good English,

• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items,

• Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
