Job Title: Commis Chef – Tandoor & Indian Cuisine

Location: Pune, Lucknow, Mumbai, Goa

Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in Tandoor & Indian cuisine)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Tandoor & Indian dishes as per standard recipes

• Assist the Chef de Partie and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations

• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of food

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen

• Handle kitchen equipment and ensure their proper usage

• Manage mise-en-place and assist in stock control

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Tandoor and Indian cuisine is a must

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management
