Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing a variety of dishes, maintaining high hygiene standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, tasty, and visually appealing food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to standard recipes and portion sizes.

• Ensure all food items are prepared hygienically, timely, and with attention to presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.

• Assist with daily kitchen operations, including chopping, marinating, and setting up ingredients.

• Monitor food stock and notify management of shortages or expired items.

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and servers for timely food service.

• Assist in planning daily specials or new menu items (if required).

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cook or kitchen staff in a restaurant or food service.

• Knowledge of cooking techniques (frying, boiling, sautéing, baking, etc.).

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.

• Familiarity with Indian, Continental, South Indian ,North Indian or regional cuisine (as per your restaurant type).

• Ability to follow recipes and deliver consistent taste and quality.

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety protocols.

• High school or culinary certification preferred.

  • Monthly salary: ₹25,000 -30,000 depending on experience
