Menu Planning & Prep: Design and prepare daily meals in line with keto, vegan, gluten‑free, Mediterranean, detox, low‑glycemic, and power‑food diets.
Cuisine Mastery: Execute healthy versions of regional Indian, Asian, Continental, and Mediterranean dishes.
Collaborative Approach: Work hand-in-hand with nutritionists, physicians, and fitness coaches to align meals with lifestyle and medical goals.
Kitchen Management: Handle sourcing of premium ingredients, maintain inventory, uphold HACCP/food‑safety standards, and oversee kitchen hygiene.
Culinary degree/diploma
Minimum 5+ years experience in luxury hospitality or private UHNW homes in Delhi
Demonstrated expertise in dietary-specific cooking (vegan, GF, detox, keto, Mediterranean).
Worked in 5‑star hotel kitchens or for UHNW clients in Delhi
Rs. 10 to 12 lakhs per annum.
