Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Barista to craft high-quality coffee beverages and provide exceptional customer service in our Bengaluru cafe. This role requires a strong understanding of coffee preparation, attention to detail, and a friendly, efficient approach to serving our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages including smoothies to high standards.

• Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.).

• Greet customers, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work areas.

• Manage inventory of coffee beans and supplies, restocking as needed.

• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Barista (typically 1+ year).

• Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle cash accurately.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
