As Head Baker, you'll oversee all aspects of our bakery operation, ensuring the production of delicious, high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts. You'll lead a team of bakers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Your responsibilities include:
• Crafting exceptional baked goods following recipes and maintaining consistent quality.
• Developing and testing new recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping an eye on food costs.
• Scheduling and overseeing baking staff, providing training and guidance.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient work environment following all health regulations.
We're looking for someone with:
• Has to be expert in advance breads, viennoiseries and liquid doughs.
• Strong baking skills and experience with strong theoritical knowledge.
