Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Creative Associate who can seamlessly blend design expertise with office support responsibilities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable designing in Canva, Figma, and Adobe tools, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities....
Creative & Design Tasks:
Design engaging graphics, presentations, and marketing materials using Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
Edit short-form videos and reels for social media and internal use
Assist in creating UI/UX mockups and digital assets
Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
Support the marketing team with campaign visuals and content formatting

Office Assistance Tasks:
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with scheduling
Maintain digital filing systems and organize creative assets
Support internal communications and documentation
Assist with basic data entry, reporting, and follow-ups
Help with event planning, logistics, and team coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
Strong design sense with attention to detail and visual storytelling
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Nice to Have :-
Experience with motion graphics or animation
Familiarity with productivity tools like Notion, Trello, or Slack
Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role
