Content Writer

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team at Pragmatic Solutions to create engaging and informative content for e-learning courses and instructed led training sessions. This position comes with an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and a chance to contribute to a creative and collaborative content team. This is a work from home opportunity and a freelance position based on the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing learning needs and defining objectives

• Designing e-learning courses and instructor led training programs

• Developing engaging instructional materials (eLearning, ILT, job aids)

• Integrating multimedia and technology tools

• Creating assessments to measure learning outcomes

• Collaborating with SMEs and project teams

• Evaluating and improving learning solutions using feedback and data

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Must have excellent communication skills in English ( Writing and Speaking) grammar knowledge, and creative thinking are essential.
