Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Resume Writer with a strong understanding of the Bench Sales process. The ideal candidate should have a background in Computer Science and excellent communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to create ATS-friendly resumes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, format, and update professional resumes for candidates in the IT/Bench Sales domain.

Ensure resumes are ATS-compliant and tailored for specific client/job requirements.

Collaborate with Bench Sales Recruiters to understand candidate profiles, strengths, and experience.

Write clear and concise summaries, project descriptions, and technical skills sections.

Maintain accurate documentation and records of resume updates.

Prepare reports and trackers related to resume submissions and feedback.

Manage resume formatting using MS Word and Excel tools efficiently.

Provide editing support to improve grammar, formatting, and presentation of resumes.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in resume writing or documentation roles (preferably in IT/Staffing).

Strong command over MS Office tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Good understanding of ATS systems and formatting best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong documentation and report writing abilities.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

Ability to handle multiple profiles and meet tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in Bench Sales or US Staffing.

Familiarity with IT technologies, job descriptions, and industry keywords.
