Role and Responsibilities

As a News Writer, you will:

• Monitor, source, and secure news stories relevant to South Asia.

• Fact-check and verify information to ensure accuracy and credibility.

• Write and publish compelling news articles tailored for global media clients.

• Craft human interest stories, spotlighting individuals with rare medical conditions and other impactful narratives.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who:

• Have at least 2 years of newsroom experience OR are skilled wordsmiths with a strong passion for media

• .Possess excellent writing, research, and fact-checking skills

• .Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• .Are eager to tell stories that resonate with a global audience

• .Can work full-time from our Bangalore office (this is not a remote position)
