Key Responsibilities:
• Create age-appropriate and syllabus-aligned test content including multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, long answer questions, and HOTS questions.
• Ensure content adheres to the latest curriculum guidelines of CBSE, ICSE, and select State Boards (e.g., Maharashtra, UP, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, etc.).
• Design chapter-wise, term-wise, and full syllabus tests for classes 6 to 12 (subject-specific).
• Perform thorough research and benchmarking with NCERT, SCERT, and other standard textbooks.
• Ensure accuracy, conceptual clarity, and grade-level appropriateness in all content.
• Follow blueprints and marking schemes prescribed by various boards while creating mock test papers.
• Collaborate with editors, academic reviewers, and subject heads for feedback and improvements.
• Update and revise test content as per syllabus changes or academic session requirements.
• Maintain a consistent writing style and quality across all subjects and test formats.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject specialization.
• Prior experience in content writing, question paper setting, or teaching (school-level) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NCERT, ICSE, and State Board curricula.
• Excellent command of written English (or regional languages if applicable).
• Attention to detail and strong research capabilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

• Familiarity with Bloom’s Taxonomy and competency-based learning.
• Experience using MS Office / Google Docs for content creation.
• Knowledge of academic tools or platforms (e.g., Quizizz, Testbook, Toppr, etc.) is a plus.
