• Handle POS (Point of Sale) transactions: billing, cash, card, and UPI payments.

• Ensure billing is accurate as per the items ordered.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and handle returns or complaints professionally.

• Maintain daily cash reports and submit to the manager.

• Ensure the counter area is clean and well-organized.

• Coordinate with kitchen or service staff for smooth order processing.

• Assist with packaging and take-away orders during rush hours.

• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times.
