we r looking for my skin & asthetic clinic responsible for leading and managing sales activities focused on skincare and aesthetic products, primarily within skin clinics, spas, and aesthetic centers. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets within a specific geographic area. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, conducting market analysis, and promoting the company's products through variousKey Responsibilities:

motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs

• Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.
• Perform hair removal (waxing, laser)/hairstyling.
• Follow client’s preference and recommend hairstyles, nail colors, and skincare routines.
• Maintain client records and manage inventory.
• Promote relevant beauty products and services.
• Make sure the working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with skin care therapies like moisturising, exfoliating, peeling etc., and knowledge of hair removal techniques is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized cosmetic services. A degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
