Job description: Executive – Tenders

•  To ensure tenders (Govt ) are filed  within  deadline  to achieve targets.

• Preparation of Quotation & Monitoring Success rate.

• Co-ordinate with field for rate proposals of Tenders.

• Co-ordinating for samples required in tender processing

• Identify new Govt. Institutions / Hospitals for e-tendering and online quoting.

• Register with PSUs/Institution for tender enquiries.

• Mapping new customers into systems.

• Dealing with Regulatory affairs for Documentation.

• Dealing with Licensing and Liaoning department for request of documents like MMC, MSC, COPP etc.,

• Coordinating with other departments  for  various  documents  regarding  tender documents like Annual Turnover   Certificate / sales Tax Vat Clearance etc.

• Bidding to Domestic Tenders Pan India

•  Gather Tender information & surfing Tender on various websites.

•  Preparing Authority letter & Quotations for Tender.

• Preparing Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft and forwarding requisition to account department.
