As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls, and providing excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads to promote products/services, generate interest, and schedule appointments.

- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for follow-ups and reporting.

- Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly engagement targets, contributing to team success.

- Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
