HIRING – FARM SUPERVISOR – FARMS2FAMILIES
Location: Noida (with travel to farm sites)
Experience: 0–3 years
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

 Farm Operations Management:

• Supervise daily farm activities including planting, irrigation, harvesting, grading, and packaging.

• Coordinate with farm workers and ensure timely completion of field tasks.

• Maintain quality standards across all production stages.

 Supply Chain Coordination:

• Work closely with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure seamless produce movement from farms to distribution centers.

• Monitor inventory, inputs (seeds, fertilizers), and timely replenishment of farm supplies.

 Compliance & Record-Keeping:

• Maintain daily logs of farm activities, labor hours, and resource utilization.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability standards on the farm.

 Team Supervision & Training:

• Manage and motivate field staff and seasonal labor.

• Provide training on best agricultural practices, efficient handling, and safety protocols.

Tech & Innovation:

• Support the adoption of agri-tech tools such as farm sensors, digital logbooks, and soil testing kits.

• Report field data and suggest improvements for yield and efficiency.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field preferred.

• Hands-on experience in farm supervision or agriculture operations is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of crop cycles, pest management, and organic practices.

• Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel and work in field conditions as needed.
