Stenographer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Stenographer to join our team at in Gurgaon, located at Sector 32 Gurgaon. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take dictation (shorthand) from the MD and transcribe it accurately and promptly.
• Draft, format, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Manage and maintain the MD’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Handle confidential documents and communications with professionalism and integrity.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
• Organize and maintain files—both digital and paper. • Monitor and manage emails and other communications for the MD.
• Provide general administrative support and office management assistance as needed.

Job Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with Graduate & 0 - 3 years of experience, who are proficient in 40 WPM Typing Speed, 80 WPM shorthand, Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Outlook. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to working 5 days working.
