Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of warehousing invoices & challans

• Preparation of sales and inventory reports.

• Liaising with customers

• Maintain accurate records of product listings and descriptions

• Input customer and transaction details into the company database.

• Verify data accuracy and correct errors promptly.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records.

• Assist in the preparation of data reports for other departments.

• Update product information and stock availability.

• Process customer orders and track shipment data.

• Report discrepancies in inventory records to the supply chain team.

• Assist in the preparation of sales and inventory reports.
